Swedish House Mafia Collaborate With Knife Party To Release New Single 'Antidote'

Electronic pioneers, SWEDISH HOUSE MAFIA will release their new single ‘ANTIDOTE’ – a collaboration with Knife Party (side project of Pendulum's, Rob Swire and Gareth McGrillen) – on 16th December 2011. The track treads a much darker path than the Swedes’ usual productions and comes with a massive dubstep-esque warbling bottom-end.

SWEDISH HOUSE MAFIA (made up of superstar DJs Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso) are set to thrill audiences around the country when they bring their world renowned live show to Australia for the very first time in 2012.  The trio will be headlining the Future Music Festival national tour.

The band are also set to play a landmark ‘One Night Stand’ show at New York’s Madison Square Gardens on December 16th  -  a show which sold out in just 10 minutes!

They will also headline a gargantuan nine hour ‘One Night Stand’ UK show in front of 65,000 people at the Milton Keynes National Bowl on July 14th 2012.  The Swedes can also now confirm that DJ producer of the moment CALVIN HARRIS and 17 year old pop/house producer MADEON have been added as special guests to this already extraordinary show.

Swedish House Mafia will join an enviable list of music legends who have headlined the National Bowl including Oasis, Green Day, Metallica, Eminem and Foo Fighters. The list of artists who have played Madison Square Gardens reads like a veritable who’s who of music, dating from the late sixties to the present day.  SWEDISH HOUSE MAFIA will make history when they become the first dance act to have headlined both venues .

The Swedes have already enjoyed phenomenal success to date. They sold over a million singles in 2010,  their single ‘Miami 2 Ibiza’ featuring UK rapper Tinie Tempah went platinum in Australia, their recent UK tour sold out in minutes, their album ‘Until One’ reached gold status in the UK and they played major UK festivals including Creamfields, T in the Park and Oxegen.

Internationally, their infamous Masquerade Motel events sold out in Miami, Las Vegas and Ibiza where they enjoyed a sixteen week residency.
